Applying to Berean Christian is a simple four steps process:
1. Complete an application
Online applications for the 2018-2019 school year can be accessed through our website, beginning November 3, 2017.
Applicants being considered for acceptance will be contacted by the admissions office to schedule a family interview.
Each student's file is reviewed by the Admission Committee, which meets in an executive session. Decisions include consideration of the applicant's potential for success in our program and the parents' desire for a Christ-centered education for their children. Parents will be notified in writing as to acceptance or non-acceptance. Reasons for either decision are kept confidential within the committee.
Families will be notified of admission decisions by mail. A completed transcript from the student's prior school must be received before the student can attend classes. Berean Christian reserves the right to retract an offer of admission to a student previously accepted if the final transcript reveals performance or behavior unacceptable to our school's standard for admission, or if any information on the original application is found to be false.
Re-enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year will be done through RenWeb beginning in January 9, 2017. In addition to the re-enrollment process through RenWeb, all appropriate forms and fees must be submitted to the front office by February 28, 2018. Beginning March 1, 2017, if you have not completed all the steps for re-enrollment, we cannot guarantee your student a position at Berean Christian; positions will become available to our waiting pool and the re-enrollment fee increases by $100 after February 28, 2018.
