"Where needed most" donations

Unrestricted "where needed most" donations to Berean's general fund are welcome at any time in any amount and allow Berean the flexibility to respond to unexpected needs that may arise or to supplement special campus improvement projects.  Such donations are greatly appreciated and are fully tax deductible to the donor.  Donate to "Where needed most" now.

Grandparents' Campaign

Each fall, Berean Christian invites the grandparents of our students to support our school in honor of their grandchildren by donating toward a special project to enhance our campus. Over the years, Berean Christian grandparents have generously donated to help Berean realize various improvements such as a electronic communication sign, new chapel sound equipment, classroom TVs, computer lab upgrades, security enhancements, science lab equipment, and many other improvements. Our fall 2016 campaign aims to enhance our outdoor seating for students during lunch with purchase of additional benches and tables for the courtyard.  Although the main appeal is made to grandparents, anyone is welcome to contribute to the project. You can find a list of students honored by grandparent donors during this year's campaign below. Donate now to the Grandparents' Project Fund.

Tuition Assistance Fund

A portion of Berean's budget each year is allocated toward need-based financial assistance to offset tuition costs for financially qualifying families.  Typically the annual board-approved amount has been fully allocated by the time the school year has begun, and Berean is not always able to later assist families who have an unexpected financial challenge arise mid-year because the assistance funds for the school year have already been fully depleted.  Donations to the Tuition Assistance fund allow Berean opportunity to respond to more families with financial need, including those in crisis, year round. While donations to the Tuition Assistance fund, administered by the Berean Board Finance Committee are fully tax deductible, be advised that "donations" made intended to benefit specifically-named students or families do not meet IRS qualifications for tax deductibility.  Donate to the Tuition Assistance Fund now.

Other Designated Donations

Berean can also accept donations designated to its various programs and departments such as Fine Arts, Athletics, Student Government, clubs, capital projects, etc.  (Online donors can use the "other" field and indicate the designation in the Comments section.)  Make a designated donation now.

(Occasionally Berean may need to decline accepting a particular designated donation if the designation is too narrowly defined, or is not in line with Berean's purposes or goals, or if the donation would not qualify as tax deductible as designated.  If you are interested in making a designated donation but have a question if it would be accepted by Berean according to your desired designation please email Berean's Accounting Department.)
